Confidentiality Agreement

As a Kingdom Apostolic Ministries church support ministry, we understand that personal and sensitive information may be shared during our conversations. We consider it a privilege that you would entrust us to provide you with prayer, support and resources to handle your situation. Because of our professional and spiritual ethics, you can be assured that your communications will remain confidential and will not be released without your consent. There are, however, some exceptions where disclosure without your consent will be required.

Firstly, our senior pastor may request disclosure. Secondly, in cases of intentional child abuse and/or neglect; serious threat to health or safety of yourself, others or society; and adult and domestic abuse we are bound by state law to disclose.

As a member of this group, I agree to not disclose to anyone outside the group any information that may help to identify another group member. This includes, but is not limited to, names, physical descriptions, biological information, and specifics to the content of interactions with other group members.
